Large facilities move people through routines. We built Oasis the other way around.
A caregiver here looks after a few people, not a corridor. They learn that your father takes his coffee before his tablets, that he sleeps badly after a hospital visit, that Thursday is when his sister calls.
Every resident has a written care plan built with them and their family. It gets reviewed when needs change, not once a year because a form says so.

Support across the whole day.
Care is set at the level each resident actually needs, written into their plan, and adjusted as that changes — not fixed at the level they arrived with.
Daily personal care
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and moving safely around the house — as much or as little as each person needs.
Medication and health
Medications administered on schedule and documented, on-call RN support, and coordination with doctors, pharmacies and therapists.
Meals and household
Three cooked meals a day plus snacks, prepared around dietary needs. Laundry, housekeeping, groceries and errands are covered.
Overnight supervision
Staff awake in the house through the night, with safety checks and clear protocols for falls and medical changes.
Company
Cards, music, the garden, birthdays, church visits. Isolation is a health risk, so we treat company as part of the care.
Care planning
A written plan built with the resident and family, reviewed whenever needs shift — and shared with everyone involved.
A day here
What Tuesday actually looks like.
Every care home lists its services. Families want something plainer — how their mother will spend her time.
Mornings start slowly. Staff help with getting up, washing and dressing, at whatever pace the day needs. Nobody is hurried out of bed.
Breakfast, cooked in the kitchen. Morning medications go out with it and are signed off as they are given.
Open morning. Visitors, appointments, a walk, laundry, or the garden when the weather allows.
Lunch at one table. The busiest and most social part of the day — and the one families are most welcome to join.
Quiet hours. Rest, television, cards, a phone call home. Some residents nap, some do not.
Supper, then the evening room. Music or a film most nights.
Evening cares and medications. Bed whenever each resident chooses — not on a set schedule.
Staff stay awake in the house. Safety checks through the night, and someone to answer if a resident calls out.

What kind of care does Oasis provide?
Assisted living in a residential home: help with daily living, medication administration, meals, housekeeping, 24-hour supervision, and coordination with health providers. We are not a nursing home, so if someone needs continuous skilled nursing we will tell you plainly rather than take them on.
Can you support dementia or memory loss?
Yes, for residents who can be supported safely in an unlocked residential home. Staff are trained in routine-building, redirection and de-escalation. If someone is at risk of exit-seeking or needs secured memory care, we will say so and help you look elsewhere.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the room and the level of care in the written plan. We go through the numbers with you in plain language before anything is signed, and there are no line items that appear later.
How quickly can someone move in?
When a room is open and the assessment is done, often within a few days. Hospital and rehab discharges are common for us — tell us the discharge date when you call.
Can families visit whenever they want?
Yes. This is a home, not a facility with visiting hours. We ask only that you let us know if you are taking a resident out, so medications and meals stay on track.
